The high-power and high-frequency ultrasonic cutter with 40 KHz
(40,000 waves per second) and 30-40 micron vibration amplitude
maximizes the effect of ultrasonic vibrations that are high-speed and
microscopic. A wide range of materials, including newly-developed
composite materials, rubber, and leather, can be cut freely with low
processing pressure, sharp cutting edge, and little dust. Our powercontrol
circuit and forced air inlet prevent the transducer from
overheating even with large amplitude, allowing for extended
continuous use. (Please consult us in case it is used for long hours
without air cooling.)
