Ultrasonic chasing
produces a gem of hand-carving quality.
Engraving with ultrasound in lieu of the traditional hammer.
Be it design engraving or prong making, it’s all yours.
The one-shot vibration is for stone mounting, while surface polishing
can be done with the continuous vibration mode. The intermittent
vibration mode enables reinforcement. For each mode, the level
of vibrations can be adjusted easily to best match your needs.
The v-shape engraver, flat-shape engraver, round-shape engraver,
and burnishing tool, made of long-lasting hard metal, all are
offered as a standard package. |

Features |
No hammer needed!
The invisible, high speed vibrations mean that the tool
has very little cutting resistance. Intricate engraving
and prong making usually done with a hammer is possible
with just a light push of the tool forward while
maintaining the direction and angle of the tip. Cast goods can
also
be quickly polished with just a touch.
Compact,
yet powerful!
The small, lightweight power pack fits perfectly in a
workbench drawer. Despite its small size, its
40W output means plenty of power. Even
when work conditions change,
the constant amplitude circuit maintains the
same strength of vibration, stabilizing
the output.
Same results
as doing the work by hand.
There are four basic modes of vibration. The mode can
be freely set to match the type of work being
done. With the continuous mode, the same
results as with hand work
can be obtained. The hand piece weighs only 130
grams (4.6 ounces) and very little vibration
is conveyed to the hand.
Tool breakage is rare and there are no vibration
problems. This means the tool can be used
continuously for long periods
of time. With just a light step on the foot switch,
the unit can be turned on and off, which
means you can use
it just like any tool with almost no interference
with your hand.
