Electrodeposition files dedicated to ultrasound have been developed to reflect the importance of electrodeposition capability and grinding performance.
These can be used for rough- or semi-finishing of rib slots after electric-discharge machining and deburring of precision devices.
Three meshes of #200, #320, and #600 are available.

These tools are dedicated to ultrasound, in which metal and diamond powders are molded and sintered.
These tools work for finishing fine rib slots of various metal mold materials containing carbide after electric-discharge machining.
The tip shape can be formed using a GC grinder or a diamond file.

New abrasive stones are made of composite materials of continuous ceramic fibers (alumina) and thermosetting resin.
Because of continuous ceramic fibers, the characteristics of ultrasonic vibration are excellent, and the grinding capacity of ceramics can be fully used.
The features of the stones are extreme elasticity, difficult to break, easy shape forming, and no clogging.
